4. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

9. Limitation of Liability

CertifyA11y provides accessibility scanning tools but does not guarantee complete compliance. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by CertifyA11y and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of your scan data and reports.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
